Our goal is to provide you with first-rate printing on time, every time.

Because the print process begins with you, the designer, we need your help to achieve that goal.

Using the following check list will help to ensure that your files provide the pieces necessary to complete your project promptly. Any omission of these items may cause a delay in your project and may also require additional charges.



Please check your files

		Are all colors correctly defined?
		Are bleeding areas extended 1/8" (.125) beyond the page edge?
		Are all the photos at the proper resolution and in the proper mode? (CMYK, Grayscale or Duotone)
		Are all graphics linked and not embedded?
		Are all strokes or rules defined as 3/10 of a point (0.3) or above and not as hairlines?
		Are folds accurately measured and panels set up accurately?
		Have you done a spell check and edited for typos etc.? (You are responsible for the accuracy and correctness of your copy.)

		Computer platform used Mac PC
		A final laser print of your file(s), at 100% size if possible, showing everything as you would like it to print. If your piece folds or is double sided, please mock up.
		Separation lasers showing your file separated into the correct spot or process colors
		Native files including the following:
		All linked graphics associated with the project     All fonts used in your layout file (Please remember to include printer and screen fonts as well as all bold, italic, etc. versions.)
		or
		PDF file (Press quality or PDF/X-1a:2001 or later) Please make sure all fonts are embedded and that the bleeds are extended to .125"
